Our Story

Two Decades, One Neighborhood

So Cal Hot Properties has been placing guests in furnished homes along this stretch of coast for over 20 years. Studios, three-bedroom beach houses, ocean view rentals in Newport — we have options at most price points and can usually find something that fits. Huntington Beach rentals carry a 30-day minimum; Newport Beach has permitted short-stay options too. Give us a call and we'll sort it out.

A hotel room gets you a bed and a minibar. Our homes get you a full kitchen, bikes in the garage, a patio for morning coffee, and enough space that everyone isn't on top of each other. Most come stocked with the extras: cribs, beach gear, linens. It's the same coast, a lot more room.
